The Departure Desk was founded by Georgia, an excitable young lady from Australia who just can't seem to stay put in one place for too long.

She's travelled to 33 countries, lived in three of them and had an array of experience in the tourism industry. Specialising in tourism marketing, her experience is not limited to travel bookings, tour guiding (including raft guiding!), ski instructing, bus driving and more. She is incredibly passionate about travelling and wants to share her experience with the world.
